Kairat Almaty 1-4 Club Brugge - UEFA Champions League Match Highlight 20 Jan 2026

This one started like it might be competitive… but yeah, it didn’t stay that way for long. FC Kairat vs Club Brugge KV and once Brugge got going, it was tough to stop them.

Kairat actually began with decent energy. Pressing a bit, trying to move forward, and they even had a couple of moments that looked promising. But Brugge stayed calm, didn’t rush anything.

First goal came from a well-worked move. Simple, sharp, clinical. And after that, you could feel the shift. Brugge started controlling the tempo more, passing smoother, finding space.

Kairat did manage to grab a goal back, which gave a little hope. For a short while, it felt like maybe the game could open up.

But Brugge just stepped up again. Second goal, then a third… and suddenly the gap looked huge. Their attacks were quicker, more direct, and honestly, Kairat struggled to keep up.

Second half felt like control mode. Brugge didn’t panic, just managed things well and added another goal to seal it.

Kairat kept trying, but it just wasn’t enough on the night.
